[Herky] Big Ten basketball tiers, post-realignment: How Oregon, Washington stack up to B1G heavyweights

 I am not sure if I am a fan of all this expansion, but it is a sign of the times.   The world of college athletics will look dramatically different two years from now.  Universities, coaches, and fans will all have major adjustments to contend with.
Enjoy the 23-24 athletic seasons.  We are moving into a new universe starting in 2024-2025.
