That was a rough article but true to point.
I will not even blame the FZs anymore.
It falls on Barta.
I did not know about Brian reporting to Barta just to skirt the no-nepotism rule. That is the first failure of leadership.
We gave accepted mediocrity for so long and now we are not going to even get that.
Pointing to past success instead of addressing the current problems is a recipe for disaster.
I hope we recover from this soon.
