Sergeant played one year @ Iowa Western and three years for Iowa.
He is currently a member of the LA Rams.

The OL this year is one of worse in the Ferentz era.

Sergeant benefited from two tackles named Jackson and Wirfs, both NFL caliber.

Getting ready for the draft means working on agility tests, 40 yard time, strength measurements, etc.  Players going pro do not want to risk anything that potentially hurts their ability to perform well in the combine.

Agents keep reminding these young players what happened to Jaylon Smith from Norte Dame in 2016.

Kentucky defense played a very small part in his decision.

Hopefully, Goodson will catch on to a Practice Squad someplace and be coached up into a productive role on some team?s roster.



Also, hopefully he will experience good blocking, and he will learn to find the holes in an instant.
