Mekhi Sargeant made a roster or practice squad somewhere.  Don't know if he
stuck it  through to date though.

 

I think Goodson may be worried about an injury in the bowl game or a
preceding practice.  I'm sure he considered that against the added exposure
from the game.

Didn't Mekhi Sargeant also leave early for the NFL even without a stellar
career?  Did he make it anywhere?

 

I want the Hawkeyes to succeed but am not sure TG is NFL ready. I may be
wrong also as he played behind a not so good OL and did well. He also showed
he could catch. Best wishes to him. 

 

Just curious as to what exactly he would be doing to get ready for the draft
that would be so much more beneficial that extra weeks of practice and a
bowl game would not provide?

 

Could Kentucky's excellent run defense be a factor in his decision?

Hopefully, Goodson will catch on to a Practice Squad someplace and be
coached up into a productive role on some team's roster.  

 

Also, hopefully he will experience good blocking, and he will learn to find
the holes in an instant.
