[Herky] Ferentz 'surprised' by Wadley's comments

Akrum Wadley is lying
That is almost certain. He got in with a cheezy lawyer and was trying to
make some money.  Not one player has corroborated his story.  His lawyer
also sounded like an idiot

I don't believe it is accurate to say that the program isn't "clean" or
lacks integrity. I believe the findings and what the players have said is
that there was implicit cultural bias. This isn't the same as cheating. It
is unintentionally favoring one cultural style over another without
realizing the impact on the individual. The most concerning thing is that
the signs have obviously been there for a couple years and little was done
about it. I find it encouraging that the vast majority of players who spoke
up did it out of love for the program and wanting to help improve it.
