I think the Holiday Bowl would be the best for fans, since it has been a while since Iowa has been there (1991). The Citrus Bowl would not be bad, but a higher ranked Wisconsin might take precedence over Iowa. Alabama may end up in the Citrus which would not be a favorable matchup. It is possible Iowa slips to the Redbox as shown here and I saw one site predicting Detroit. 9-3 record and top twenty ranking or not, 5 Big Ten teams have higher rankings than Iowa.

Rose: Penn State 
Citrus: Wisconsin 
Outback: Minnesota 
Holiday: Michigan 
Iowa: ???
