I would think the writer would have a good case.  Failure to provide
adequate security.  Would he want $$ or an apology or pay medical expenses?

The story out of Ames goes like this..... We all know what a great hospital
they have in Ames.. Only problem was they took this guy to the VET hospital
and they couldn't do anything for Peterson...So they shot him. BAM!
Could ISU be fined for the fans behavior?
