I guess I have HUS for basketball. I’ve been disappointed so many
times in my life with Iowa BB - 1970 loss to Jacksonville, loss of
Lester in 1980 Final Four, loss to Northwestern State, etc. I
just always think something will go wrong and dash my hopes. Sure
would be nice if the team lived up to expectations this year 😄

anticipated that Luka's stats would be down
significantly due to the increased firepower of his
teammates but that hasn't happened so far. The
competition hasn't be the best so far but Garza is
close to being perfect and his teammates are feeding
the hot hand. </div>

Not sure if this has been put
out there before but if Iowa
wins out there is a good chance
that they will play Ohio State
in the cross-conference game.
If Ohio State game at MN is
cancelled next week (likely)
they will not have enough games
to qualify for the championship
game. So IN- NW will be in that
game and Iowa - OSU in the
second-place game. This game
will actually be the bigger game
as OSU will still be playing for
the final four.</div>
