<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Iowa dominates in winning the two matches yesterday. They had three back-ups wrestling as Warner, Stoll and Kemerer did not wrestle. There was one negative though as Pat Lugo lost to to an unranked wrestler from CSU
Bakerfield (who I think did qualify for the NCAA tourney last year). Lugo is really short for his weight class and in the few matches I have watched struggled against taller guys. This was the case last night. Not the best way to officially start your
Iowa career but I am sure he will learn from it. Lugo is critical is Iowa is to have any chance for a team title. He needs to be a top 5 type guy which many think he can be. Next week Iowa wrestles Princeton who has the #1 ranked guy at 149 so I guess he
will have a chance to redeem himself.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">We already know this but Spencer Lee is a special wrestler. The problem is that he techs the other guy so quickly that you don't get to enjoy him much. He just makes it look so easy. Good thing he has such good partners
in the practice room to give him come competition.</p>
