It was horrible. Then a lady down the street said to put a bar of soap (any kind—I chose Lifeboy) in the bed close to where my feet are, between the mattress pad and the bottom sheet. He did not have the mobility he had last year. Rest seems to be the recommended cure for plantar fasciitis , along with "change your sport" to a lower impact one. (1) Jordan Bohannon was probably hurt much more than we knew. I expect that his foot issues severely limited his lateral movement, which would impact his defense more than offense. On offense we also did not see many of the moves he used last year that required quick change of direction to get open for his three point shot. If he can get healthy I think his offense and defense improve. (2) Fran apparently told the players that there will be significant changes to the strength and development program this off season. (3) Rumors abound about Tyler Cook and whether he will be back. The biggest rumor was that he would go to Missouri. He put that rumor to rest on Twitter.
