<p class="MsoNormal">I hear ya, June.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Since the meltdown that was Lickliter, I cannot watch an entire game. Sure if they have a hot night I may watch. But playing the exhibition season and non-conference teams like iwo Jima Junior College, and Little Sisters of the Poor,
they go play some one decent and get their collective asses handed to them. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">When is this trend going to stop.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Originally I felt Fran was a huge upgrade in coaching. Now it seems he can recruit much better talent but I question his bench coaching ability. He can get a T with the best of them, but it doesn’t seem to help.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">What is the answer? He’s in his 6<sup>th</sup> year? This are his players, but even the fundamentals seem lacking.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">I was a huge BB fan most of my life. In the 70’s when I lived in Iowa City I went to all the home games and some road games. I met many of the Hawkeyes from the 70’s because my aunt had them
over to her house often. In the 80’s I lived in Michigan and would travel to East Lansing and Ann Arbor when the Hawks played there. I watched all the games through the 90’s up into the 2000’s. However during the latter Alford years, and the Lickliter years
I started to lose interest. Now I rarely watch games; if Iowa is on TV I will turn to the channel to check on the score but I never watch a game all the way through. I will watch the NCAA tournament, but that’s about it. I can’t believe how I’ve changed.
I used to say “in football season, that is my favorite sport, but in BB season I like that the best”. I’m kinda disappointed in myself considering what a huge BB fan I used to be. I wish I could get back that BB passion again.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
