<p>Even in this excellent win there are a lot of negatives that you can point out. That is encouraging to me as there is still a big opportunity for them to get much better.</p>

of the Hawkeye shots seemed forced when a teammate appeared to be open. But I loved the aggressiveness that they displayed going to the bucket.

<div dir="ltr"><span>From this one game it appears that they'll be competitive in conference play although I've seen both Purdue and the Hoosier play several times and both teams are excellent.

<div>I thought one of the keys was Moss guarding Morris at the start. He shut Morris down early. If ISU had been able to get out to a fast start I am not sure how Iowa responds. Excellent intensity. They also worked through being tired at the end. When ISU
got it to 7 you had to wonder if a young team would let it slip away.</div>
