<div dir="ltr">Dennis wins the first match in a snoozefest 2-1. Tony Ramos has forgotten what a shot attempt looks like. Dennis took a lot of shots but none were that close to TD. Ramos got put on the clock twice and Dennis once which was the difference in the match.<br><br>Ramos MO seems to be to stall most of the match, not letting the other guy score and hope to get a score off the other guys shot or maybe getting one good shot off for a TD. It has been very effective in US competition over the last two years as this was his first loss in that time. To a lesser degree it is also what we have seen in Metcalf. Both have become really cautious. The new rules have resulted in most wrestlers opening up more but not so for Ramos and Metcalf.<div><br></div><div>Dennis has looked very good today. He seems to keep really good position.
