<p dir="ltr">Round ball Wednesday eve on ESPN!  Reminds me how I miss the contributions on Herky of Doc Roundball here on Herky for a number of years.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Used to shake my head knowingly ( an ugly sight😕) when the Doc (Gary Gaffney, psychiatrist at the University) that after a tough loss suffered by the Hawkeyes in football, to cool off Gary said he would drive his car around town for a long time meditating as he made his mind accept the loss.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Also miss Tom Kirkendall, the wise and articulate lawyer, who always made thought-provoking points.  Lots of folks left us unfortunately.</p>
