daughter taught the basic marketing course when Bret took it. He has always
responded to emails from her since then. Other Hawkeye fans wondered if he went
to Arkansas as a waiting maneuver for a possible Iowa head coaching position.

Win/Loss record at Iowa had the popular Arkansas coach been tapped to lead
Iowa's gridiron fortunes, rather than Ferentz. Darn, I just hearkened
back to Herky posts and think some of us were spouting off on Herky during the
Fox/Ferentz transition. Possible? Not all the way back to Evy
though, that concept's too heavy!</STRONG></DIV>
