Athleticism</div><div>2. Shooting form</div><div>3. Strength</div><div><br></div><div>Some things that you cannot learn well</div><div>1. Can they play defense</div><div>2. How do they do within a structured offense</div><div>3. How well can they score when closely guarded</div><div><br></div><div>From what I read and the clips I saw two main things stood out. I think Uhl has made progress and could be the very special. Gesell is able to shoot the 3 point shot again. PTL is one of my favorite times apart from football and basketball seasons, as we get to see how the incoming recruits do. Obviously results need to be taken with a grain of salt. Aaron White bombed in his first PTL game and people were writing him off as a bust. Conversely, Brody Boyd scored over 50 points in his first game and people were assigning him all time great status.</div><div><br></div><div>I think the team that was off Thursday night, coached by Jess Settles, may be the strongest PTL team. Guards tend to dominate, and Settles has 4 lights out three point shooters in Matt Gatens, Andrew Fleming, Brady Ellison, and UNI's Wes Washpun.
