He also played on the Iowa Barnstormers along with Woodbury and Gesell, so he knows some Iowa players. This is his third year at Tyler JC after having taken a medical redshirt year. He would help to give Iowa a little more experience. Junior College recruit, 6"8" 220 lbs, Dale Jones is visiting this weekend and is considered a done deal, barring any surprises, to commit then or shortly thereafter. He shot 45% from three and shot a lot of them, 218 tries for the season. He also shot 84% from the line and is considered very athletic. Another recruit who can shoot the three, Andrew Fleming, is playing in a national high school championship game in a game on ESPN that just started. Moss and redshirt Ellingson also are good shooters.</div><div><br></div><div>On his radio call in show a few weeks ago, Fran explained it was hard to recruit a top big man or point guard to play behind experienced seniors, so 2016 will be the class for those.
