[Herky] Lack of NIL resources making Iowa’s search for new men’s basketball coach more difficult

 I agree.  Salary caps would be a great first step, however many of the bluebloods will oppose it.  Iowa is in a very precarious situation.
I expect Iowa's basketball team to be a hodgepodge of players from the portal who have not been able to find homes. 
Minnesota is in a similar predicament, except they have more in state talent that may be willing to stay at home.
Not good.
