 He will have a number of items on his plate.1. Determining which members of the current team he will attempt to retain ( If possible ).  Freeman is probably a lost cause, maybe headed to the Illini? Dix, Sanford, etc. ?2. Try to hold on to Joshua Lewis which will be very difficult3. Hiring a staff, especially getting a strong recruiter.4. NIL $$$$ needed.    Needs at least 2X -3X to of what was available this year.5. PR  Rebuild relationships with I-Club, Iowa Swarm, Sports Writers, etc.  Needs to build fan support.6. Pursue the Portal
Long term: Resolve Basketball arena issues.
