Where would they find better coaches? Iowa's bigger problem is they don't
have enough NIL money to compete with the likes of Penn State. That is a
problem with men's basketball as well with the least amount of NIL money in
the big Ten. What NIL money Iowa has goes to football. Even there Iowa is
at a disadvantage to the big boys. Maybe the upcoming revenue sharing will
improve the siuation
