That sucked says it all.
The O troubles have not gone away.
We do not have a high caliber QB in Cade.
He just cannot make the plays when needed to help the team win. He underthrew a couple of time on long throws and never gave the receivers a chance.
We should have decided the game in the 1st half and missed out.
ISU outed us playing Iowa style football by making enough plays and keeping the game close.
I thought we should have gone for the TD following the interception instead of a field goal. Worth a gamble do deep in ISU territory.
Looks like another long and painful season ahead with this offense. 🥵🥵🥵
But still, Go Hawks !!!

Too many missed opportunities in the first half to put the game out of reach.  McNamara sucked after the first couple of series & the offensive line weren’t impressive at all.
What a lousy way to basically end the season after just 2 games.
Still Go Hawks!
Going to see Fever vs. Vegas Wednesday with 3 Hawkeyes on the rosters.
