[Herky] Iowa Football: Jackson Filer, NJCAA Defensive Player of the Year, commits to Iowa

I always thought there is a place for outstanding JC players. I’m glad to see the Program looking there. Hey, I hate to say it but some of our guys didn’t look like good JC players last fall. (Oops—wash my mouth with soap!).
