But, I see no other way for a change to happen. If one has gangrene in the foot amputation is key to survival.
I will absorb the losses this year for the betterment in the future.
We go 6-6 or 7-5 this year and then go to a bowl no changes will be made and the things will stay the same next year.
What we will have is an excellent D that does not deserve this O.
We will have a pretty much new qb starting next year and growing pains again.
I cannot believe the backup qbs are not good enough to beat out the current starting qb.

I love my Hawkeyes but if I have to Stoop to conquer then so be it!!

Just curious if our o-line goes against our d-line in practices.  If they did it enough number of times they would have found gameday defenses much easier to handle.
Maybe not or they got even more demoralized 🙁🙁
I still cannot understand why we can have consistency on one side of the ball and not on the other.
I am now praying that we lose the remaining games badly so that changes happen forcibly.

It’s amazing that the defense has such outstanding statistics when the offense cannot stay on the field.  Imagine what the defense stats would look like if we had an offense that could eat up clock.
