This was not too unexpected. There has been speculation that either Toussaint or Ulis would transfer. Even with Bohannon gone, there was going to be a log jam for playing time at point guard. Some inside the Iowa program think incoming Freshman Dasonte Bowen may be the best guard Fran has recruited to Iowa. Tony Perkins played some at the point last year, which would allow a scorer like Sandfort or incoming Freshmen (if he is ready) Josh Dix to play the 2 for more offense. Conner could also play the point.
