[Herky] Transfer portal and bowl game

 No.  They are no longer on the team.
The four players who have formally announced for the portal were players who were not utilized the last 2/3 of the past season.
Watching Bruce play, it was visible that he was very frustrated with his involvement in the offense this year.  Very few passes were directed towards him. Another Charlie Jones scenario in the making????
