[Herky] NCAA transfer portal changing college sports, but not necessarily for the better

The poaching season is now open. Recruiting efforts will be expanded to include anyone anywhere. And don’t tell me that programs will respect the rules. My guess is that as time passes, people like Frederick will have their plans made long before they declare.
