[Herky] Basketball Season

we need to have JT on the court more. He and Patrick are about the only ones
athletic enough to stay with Oregon or Baylor, etc.  Bohannan is a great
shooter but not a great athlete and CJ when he is injured is a step too slow
to get his shot off.

Question is-after watching the Sweet 16 teams-did we belong there?  Keep in
mind that all teams have injuries, including Michigan.

1. Weiskamp will be back.  

2.  Yes in that starting & playing 2 players that were obviously subpar was
just not right.  I can see them in spot duty, limited minutes.  But while
Joe T wasn't  the 3 point shooter (yet), he was much more dribble drive than
Jordan ever was.  This team was overrated all year.  IMHO they were no more
than a #10.  If, with a healthy team & Nunge, maybe a #7 or so.  Healthy
Sweet 16 for sure, without, we already know the answer to that.  I think
Fran needs to explain why he thought our banged up players were better than
Oregon's speed.  To me that make no sense what so ever.  Seems like we got
out coached again.

 

Weiskamp in the NBA?  Some team might take a flyer on him.  Send him to the
G league.  Bring him up due to an injury where he'd sit on the bench.  He
needs another year.  I think he's still adjusting to his new bulk.

the injuries to two starters and the top sub I can't feel bad about the
