Sorry to say but;
Our game coaching is not to win but not to lose
Our recruiting is not targeted for national championships or bigten championships
When the planning is not there for a championship then there is no chance of winning one
KFz has been happy with his mantra of mediocrity or above mediocrity to keep his coaching job safe for himself and now keep it warm for his son.
I think we have managed well above average defenses capable of winning championships but never any offense to win championships bar 2002 season.
The article stating that Iowa and Alabama start with same goals is false.  We never start a year with a goal of a national championship or a big10 championship.
We are satisfied with an 8-4 season!!!

Interesting article. I pretty much agree with what the author writes.  I hadn't thought about some of this other than the recruiting aspect of it.  Our offense really is a limitation to greatness
