[Herky] COVID Pauses for NCAA Men's Basketball up to 28 Teams, Including Ohio State and Penn State

As of 11 a.m. ET on Saturday, we are up to 28 schools that have had to COVID pause this season. The majority have gone on halt in the past 40-48 hours. 
Per Fran McCaffery, all players and coaching staff have had their booster shots, but that does not seem to be the norm.
