I hope Iowa comes out and plays well but IL is much better now than they were earlier and certainly can beat Iowa.

Neb beats Maryland today. Maybe losing to Neb at Neb was not quite as bad as we thought.

 I remember listening to all the sports writers and pundits back in December when they looked at Iowa's BT season.  Most everyone was predicting around 11-9 or 10-10.  They were also saying that Iowa needed to gets some wins early because they would probably lose their last four games.  I am not happy that they were right but  this team ended up about where we thought. If they can get a win in the BT and NCAA tourney I think we need to look at this as a good year.

Win or lose Fran's job is not in jeopardy.  He has a bad year next year his seat will start to get hot, but not now.
