[Herky] 10 teams who aren't recruiting like they usually do

The Oliver Martin transfer news dominated the Hawkeyes national news cycle recently. But it’s worth noting just how strong Iowa’s 2020 class is, at least comparably to its normal efforts. Iowa’s average recruiting ranking the last eight years is 48 th nationally. And while I realize Iowa recruits and develops in a different way than many other programs, its 2020 effort is still a huge step forward. There’s reason to believe this top 30 or so ranking will hold. Iowa’s average recruit ranking (86.9) is usually good for around a Top 25 or 30 finish. It’d help if the Hawkeyes could soon add someone like four-star defensive end Joe Moore to the fold.
