We have lost so many nail biters over the years, it’s good to see the magic turn our way for once.  Hawks played a stinky 38 minutes, but the end was great.  I almost left the TV as well, but fortunately stuck it out.

 

This one will go down in Hawkeye highlight history.

Like you June, I was about to turn it off but I said to myself that I owed it to the Hawkeyes to watch to the bitter end.  And a miracle happened - NW had trouble with the press and the Hawkeyes finally got some shots to fall.  Has to be one of the all time great rally's in Iowa basketball history.  Iowa missed so many bunnies and NW seemed to get all of the rolls/bounces on the rim.  Bohannon made the winning 3-pt shot but lots of other players, especially Weiscamp, made clutch plays down the stretch. 

 

If you didn't catch it, watch the BTN programming and it will probably be replayed over the next couple of days.   To save the frustration, just fast forward to the last 5-6 minutes and watch from there - unbelivable!!!!
