Northwestern deserved to win.  But wins like this will help the Hawkeyes in all the upcoming games that will be going down to the wire.

Any update on the injuries to Wieskamp and Baer?

Like you June, I was about to turn it off but I said to myself that I owed it to the Hawkeyes to watch to the bitter end.  And a miracle happened - NW had trouble with the press and the Hawkeyes finally got some shots to fall.  Has to be one of the all time great rally's in Iowa basketball history.  Iowa missed so many bunnies and NW seemed to get all of the rolls/bounces on the rim.  Bohannon made the winning 3-pt shot but lots of other players, especially Weiscamp, made clutch plays down the stretch. 


If you didn't catch it, watch the BTN programming and it will probably be replayed over the next couple of days.   To save the frustration, just fast forward to the last 5-6 minutes and watch from there - unbelivable!!!!
