I think the mid range game is going to be the make or break for her.   I had in my mind that the arc of her outside shoot was a little low - something that will work in college but might not in the pros.   I watched four different Youtube videos and unfortunately saw nothing but layups or shots within 3 feet.  One of the videos was showing her scoring 35 points in a game without a dribble.

Yes her height was a factor and supposedly doesn't have a mid range jumper

She'll prove them all wrong

I know nothing about the WNBA but I looked at Dallas and Chicago.  There are five players on the Dallas roster that are taller than Megan and one that is as tall.  Chicago has five taller and two as tall.   It will be interesting to see how she does against the better competition.

Gwen, she is a terrific person and was a force in college, but the pros are much taller and much more athletic than you see in college ball.  She should do OK in the pros, but, as much as we lover her, a second round selection is accurate, IMHO.

I was disappointed that Chicago didn't pick her and that she didn't go in the first round (and that durn Sophie Cunningham went before her) but Dallas got a bargain and I am sure Megan doesn't really care.  Never watched the WNBA (I don't watch much of any pro sports) but I will now!
