[Herky] Iowa - Maryland

Was Iowa conservative by not going for two before the half?
Now it is 16-0 and a two possession game or we would have been 3 possessions ahead.
I guess it was too early in the game especially when the defense shut down the Maryland running game.

I agree with the domination.  Wish we could have scored more to take the Terps out of it

However, the defense is so good that I feel confident we can hold.

Another field goal is good, but we all want TD’s to remove any doubt as to outcome.  There is still a lot of ball to play.

This team is really good.  That pass to Smith for the TD was a great pass with a great reception

What a dominate first half. I am really glad they got that TD as a 9-0 lead after that half would not have been good.  We have done an excellent job on defense. Guys are playing their gaps and making the tackle.  This looks like the old Iowa offense with the wind taking away much of the passing game.    Still 205 total yards for Iowa to 46 for Maryland.  Defense certainly should not be tired after that first half.
