I remember seeing him in a trick play at Illinois in 1990 that scored a TD.  Wasn't that the Bell 243 yards rushing game? Iowa won 54-21 I think.

We attended the 1991 Rose Bowl but do not remember Whittaker. I wonder how long he will be in this position since the deputy AG is to follow in succession. Also, there is a a case he was involved with which the FTC declared was a fraud situation.
