[Herky] Wrestling

Iowa had their wrestle-offs on Thursday and Friday.  Everyone seems to be pretty excited about this team.  I don't think they are at the level of PSU yet but they can definitely contend for 2nd.

The weights that had the most interest were:

133 - just to see DeSanto who is new transfer.  [initial reviews sound positive]

141 - Battle between Happel, Turk and Murin.   Turk was the guy last year while Murin redshirted.   [Far from decided but Murin has the early edge]

157 - Young , Moody and  Glosser.   Who will take the weight that Kemmerer has held as he goes up to 174.  [Another weight that won't be decided until Midlands at the earliest]

165 -  Marinelli owns the weight but how does Brands do against him.  [Brands is not at Marinelli's level but he will be a good one in a year or two]

184 - Wilke drops down to this weight and goes against Bowmen  [Wilke was impressive at the new weight]
