And Nebraska is not one of the Big Ten's better offensive teams. The worst Big Ten offensive team, Rutgers, often struggles to get to 50 points in a game, yet scored 80 against Iowa. A few years ago, we all complained about the lack of offensive production from Woodbury, Clemmons and Gesell, but their defense made up for it.

Too many times the guys do not help out on defense, under the boards. This is in contrast to prior years when it happened most times. 

At other times they sag so much that open threes are allowed. 

I think it all boils down to intensity.

D standing for Dakich. Every point that Dakich made in his recent analysis of the Hawkeyes defense was demonstrated tonight. It’s amazing how this team makes a great offensive run, and then totally collapses on the defensive end. 

#24 for Nebraska is the kind of player I’d like to see in an Iowa uniform. He has game. 

Hats off to Bohannon for playing so many tough minutes, despite the mauling he endured. He made some great entry passes in addition to the shots he made under duress.
