I would say it was a pretty quick process. I expect the other hires will be slower, esp if they are going after someone like Raih since GB is still playing.

Does anyone think this will be a quick process?  KFz is very deliberate, and we all know the University doesn't have a fire lit under anyone's posterior to move things along.

If Philbin is interested then I think you have to go with him. He would probably not be here for long so use it as a training time for BF to take over. I still think you might see something like



BF - OC & Running Game Coordinator

David Raih - QB coach & Passing game coordinator

Blazek(?) - OL coach

?? -WR coach



One thing to keep in mind is that everyone is speculating thinking that the NCAA is going to add another assistant coaching position.  But that will not happen until April. So may be hard to make the above happen. I guess you would add WR to Raih.
