If he in his heart knows he is capable and has a burning desire to work
untold hours and hit the recruiting trail, he is then ready to apply.

I don't think Chuck would be interested. He has a pretty good gig right now
and a very good name with Iowans. If he took the OC job and 'failed' there
goes both his name and future gigs in the state. Better to stay where he is
