Iowa has always done well when nothing much is expected of them.

But still, that is too high of an expectation based on the schedule.


However, I watched videos of 2015 season and am excited for 2017.

Having a third down specialist like VandeBerg healthy should help out the QB.

The addition of the graduate transfer RB has me very excited with the OLine that we have.

Hope we have some guys develop as WRs by mid season to stretch the defenses and give our RBs more running room.


I think we will be in the running for the West for most of the season.

I believe the Hawks will win their first 6 games by running, running, running—then running some more.  Just a few short twinkie passes mixed in.



They will win the next seven with a balanced attack as Stanley gets his sea legs.



Just hope injuries will be few and far between.
