Notre Dame's first attempt against a Big Ten foe led to a regular-season
title and contributed to the third-best start under 17th-year coach Mike
Brey, while Iowa's first run-in with an ACC opponent resulted in its worst
defeat in nearly four years. The two familiar foes reconvene for the third
time since 2013 on Tuesday when the Fighting Irish host the Hawkeyes as
part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
