The basketball trend is worrisome, but this wasn’t any more embarrassing than the Rose Bowl debacle.  

 

Our players need to step up and not get so rattled that the bubble breaks with the first negative trend.  What happened to the attitudes that caused the Purdue comeback?

 

It’s just so confusing…………….

will really be good to say goodbye to 3 of our 4 seniors..but I think we have some up and coming young players, so have to stay hopeful for the coming years !!!! I am not as optimistic about Fran..these late season collapses I feel have a lot to poor coaching and preparation !!!!! GO HAWKEYES !!!!! Keep the faith !!!!

Above are quote from CBS panel observers in rating the humiliated Hawkeyes.   Have you heard a harsher critique of an Iowa team, or maybe any team?

Turn the lights out, Fran.  You are numero uno deserving to be blamed.

Well, what the ----,  it's only a game😣🤐!

Iowa played miserably, laying an egg before the whole country.   WHY were they so poorly prepared?  In the biggest chance "for one shining moment" in their lives, Iowa was weak and meek.

Our coaching staff needs to fix this in the future. 

 

On another front. That Lockyer Duke. All the had to do was beat a directional Tennessee school and Duke to get to the sweet sixteen. It shows what a top 4 seed means.
