Iowa went 4-0 against the two teams playing for the B1G championship.  Iowa fell from a possible #1 seed to a 7 in about a month.  I cannot see how they can turn it around at this point.

 

Count on Temple to win.  Don’t even think about Villanova.

Hawks got bout they deserved.

Big Ten overall got dissed by comm. bout every team should have gotten at least 1 higher seed. 

Have only seen bits but assuming they win first, I think they match up well with Vil.

Purdue should have been seeded higher along with Sparty. Hoosiers' path includes KY & then NC - talk bout traditional blue bloods. I can hear the Hoosiers crying now (& I'm in NB working on dad's estate.

Looks like the Iowa game will be on TruTV.  Not the greatest network choice but it’s part of the mix again.

Temple is defensive minded.  They force a loft of turnovers and get a lot of steals.   They are a decent rebounding club and take care of the basketball (only 9 turnovers a game).   Their assist to turnover ratio is decent.

 

The bad:  They haven’t had a super tough schedule, but do have 3 wins over Top 25 teams..  Wisky beat them by 16 points in December.  They don’t shoot the ball well – 40.5% FG pct., 34% from 3-point range, and only a 68.4 pct.from the charity stripe.
