Looks like the Iowa game will be on TruTV.  Not the greatest network choice but it’s part of the mix again.

Temple is defensive minded.  They force a loft of turnovers and get a lot of steals.   They are a decent rebounding club and take care of the basketball (only 9 turnovers a game).   Their assist to turnover ratio is decent.

 

The bad:  They haven’t had a super tough schedule, but do have 3 wins over Top 25 teams..  Wisky beat them by 16 points in December.  They don’t shoot the ball well – 40.5% FG pct., 34% from 3-point range, and only a 68.4 pct.from the charity stripe.

No. 7  seed Iowa vs. No. 10 Temple in Brooklyn, NY on Friday.  If they win, next up would likely be No, 2 seed Villanova.
