All you really need to know about this game is that N TX gave up over 1000 yards total offense in its two games so far - to SMU & Rice.

I think Iowa will win, but if I were a betting man 26 would be hard not to take.  KF will call off the dogs early with Wisconsin next week and not wanting to show up his buddy Dan.

North Texas is really bad, a 26 point underdog, and probably the worst team Iowa will face all year. Generally "trap game" means overlooking a reasonably good opponent by focusing on a stronger future opponent. Iowa may play terribly and not win in a blowout, but

North Texas is not a reasonably good opponent.
