I do not know which universities you are describing but do not use a broad brush when describing state universities in Illinois.

I think someone from outside the club may need to get things on the right track, like Mitch Daniels at Purdue. Maybe this guy is not the right one but there needs to be change. Just to end on a positive note, by far Iowa is one of the best schools to deal with on all levels.
