[Herky] 12-0 Go Hawkeyes

Hard to wipe the smile off my face and I rarely go out in public here in Indy without Iowa gear on  - 'Get used to it, Indy.  The Swarm is coming to town.'   If my memory serves me correctly, the most optimistic of Herky only had this team winning 9 games with most of us predicting 8.  I love Kirk's quote:  There are no style points in football.  Gymnastics has style points.  In football you just have to have one more point than the opponent.  (not exact but pretty close I think.)Iowa will be the underdog in the Big Ten title game regardless of which team they face even though they're ranked above them all.  
A couple of worries:  Is CJ's arm hurt or tired?  His normal zip and accuracy was missing yesterday although the wind and rain might have had something to do with it.  He also seemed a little slow afoot. Is King nursing an injury?  He's playing off his receiver much more than earlier in the season and seems hesitate to stick his helmet in to help with a tackle - except for the late hit which drew a flag.
Hope to see many of you here in Indy for the title game.  There are plenty of hotels downtown and many more further out (a bit cheaper but further from the action downtown).  The city hosts the 500 every year plus a Super Bowl so it knows how to stage a big event and provide good times.
