A kid from down the road in Moss Point, MS, Devin Booker,  was taken #13 in the NBA draft yesterday.  He was yet another one and done at Kentucky.  He didn’t even start for UK last year.  He is still only 18.

 

I watched him play and followed his high school career through the 2013-2014 season.  He is very good and very humble.  The millions are waiting at the Suns gym, but it would have been nice to see this clean cut teenager get some more book edjumacation.
