[Herky] Jok's new diet, rekindled focus could mean big things at Iowa

I think Jok is one of the keys to how Iowa does this season because Iowa needs another go to scorer besides Uthoff. Last year he started out strong in games, then seemed to run out of steam. If his asthma is under control, it should really help him.
